By accessing or using Noeticmap ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Noeticmap is a research platform that aggregates and analyzes documented consciousness experiences, including near-death experiences (NDEs), out-of-body experiences (OBEs), and related phenomena. The Service provides:

  • A searchable database of consciousness experiences
  • AI-powered analysis and categorization
  • Data visualization and research tools

3. Research and Educational Purpose

Noeticmap is designed for research and educational purposes. The content available through the Service is provided for informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as medical advice, psychiatric guidance, or scientific proof of any particular metaphysical claims.

4. Data Sources and Attribution

The experiences in our database are aggregated from publicly available sources, including:

  • Near Death Experience Research Foundation (NDERF)
  • Out of Body Experience Research Foundation (OBERF)
  • After Death Communication Research Foundation (ADCRF)
  • User-submitted experiences (with consent)

We provide attribution to original sources where applicable. All original content remains the property of its respective authors and organizations.

5. Content Warnings

Some experiences in our database may contain sensitive content, including but not limited to:

  • Descriptions of near-death circumstances (accidents, illness, suicide attempts)
  • Distressing or "hellish" experience narratives
  • References to trauma, abuse, or violence

We use AI-assisted content flagging to identify and label sensitive content. Users are advised to exercise discretion when accessing flagged content.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Scrape or harvest data for commercial purposes without permission
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with the proper working of the Service
  • Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use

7. User Submissions

If you submit your own experience to the platform, you grant Noeticmap a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, analyze, and display your submission for research and educational purposes. You may request removal of your submission at any time.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and AI analysis models, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without explicit permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content, including AI-generated analysis.

11. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL NOETICMAP BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
